Let’s Grow is designed to support adults with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. While we do not offer 1:1 care, our dedicated staff work to minimize barriers and provide support using a strength-based approach.

We offer both part-time and full-time membership options:

Part-time: 3 or 4 days a week
Full-time: 5 days a week

Your name, phone number, and email address
The name and age of the applicant
One or two paragraphs about the applicant’s interests and support needs
The number of days per week the applicant would like to attend (Monday–Friday)
The preferred start date
