When you get in touch with Let’s Grow Learning and Living Hub as someone who is interested in joining our program, or as a potential donor or as someone interested in getting involved through volunteering, placements or careers, you will be sending us some personal information in order to help us with your requests and interest.

Lets Grow will use this information only for the purpose that it was gathered. 

For example, personal information about applicants to the program will only be used to assess and correspond regarding the application.  Potential donor information will only be used to communicate with potential donors about their donations and about future Let’s Grow activities and developments.

Your information will never be sold to 3rd parties for commercial or marketing purposes without your express consent.

Confidentiality

Let’s Grow respects user privacy and the privacy of those accessing our website.  We undertake to protect the confidentiality of our users including applicants, potential donors and those seeking involvement in any Let’s Grow placements.

Let’s Grow may on occasion use your personal information to contact you about Let’s Grow activities or advise you on matters relevant to your interests, or to solicit your feedback. For any general communications, Let’s Grow will provide you with an option to opt out of receiving any further communications of this nature.

Let’s Grow reserves the right to disclose information about customers where required in good faith, to do so by law or to exercise our legal rights or defend ourselves against legal claims.
